We exist to multiply Christ-centered leaders who carry the Gospel through redemptive movement.

Redemptive Dance Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Heather Johnson. The organization’s mission is to equip leaders around the world to disciple through worship movement.

Redemptive Dance Ministries connects and equips leaders to disciple through worship movement, linking arms with churches, studios, and partners so the Body moves as one.

We license and train local leaders to run Christ-centered programs in their own communities with RDM’s spiritual covering, standards, and support. Through gatherings and a growing Resource Hub, we share reproducible tools, coaching, and stories so leaders can raise up worshippers, not just performers, and multiply the mission together.

What began in classrooms and mall studios has become a global equipping movement, raising up Spirit-led instructors to carry the Gospel into communities, churches, and cultures.
